On Wednesday Night, the staff at Boho came together (insert Graeme joke here) to say goodbye to Andy and Rhianna.
Starting at a West-End bar for a meal was a good idea, but the guests of honour arrived a bit late so it ended up being a long night on empty stomachs. As they say, eatin' is cheatin'!
After a short foray in Bath Street, the party moved to the city centre. Many drinks and a few bad dances later Rhianna invited us all back to a party at her new pad, which was pretty generous... She even put on a case of Castel Cru! Good luck in the future Rhianna, and thanks for the party (& sorry about the toilet. I thought it was plumbed in)
Even though Andy hadn't been with us as long as Rhianna, he did give the girls something to look at while they sipped their cosmos in VIP. I guess he's had enough of the adoring milfs and cougars. If anyone wants to stay in contact with Andy, i've written his phone number in the men’s toilet under 'exotic tranny seeks good times'.
The Friday night Burlesque 4th Birthday was pretty epic. I love the idea of themes where women wear basically nothing and guys dress in suits. There were some great costumes as you'll see in the gallery and congratulations to the winners. I've forgotten your names, but I definitely remember what you girls look like!
On Saturday I had a bout of man-flu so I missed the festivities and frivolity that followed on from Friday. I'm told we hit capacity and had to turn folks away.
Now I haven't said this for a while, but...... MAKE SURE YOU GET DOWN EARLY! No one likes standing in queues, so you should aim to get down at 10-10:30ish, get a seat and get into some cocktails!
A few blogs ago I talked about Caesar being the most intelligent person at Boho. I was wrong. His knitting for fun and profit course has been trumped by resident Radiographer Steph. I'm assuming she gets old AM radios and fixes them up? Apparently you need a degree to do it anyway.
See You On The Weekend,
Gene
