So we had some server issues yesterday, which meant I couldn't post the blog. For all of you that check in on a Monday to see who I'm slagging, I've got bad news. I won't be slagging anyone this week; i'll even start with some appologies....
Firstly Michelle.... The little going away party the other week was actually ALSO for her, so I feel I should say some kind words.... Michelle was relatively competent at pouring beer and somewhat competent at light conversation. Sorry about not putting that in last week Michelle!! I hope all is forgiven now....
Next, Sorry to Nikki. From now on I will stop reporting actual events and stick to fictional accounts of what you get up to. I hope you raised lots of money for the Haiti Relief on Saturday and had enough time to feed all the poor homeless kids on Sunday. See? I can lie for you pretty damn convincingly....
And lastly, sorry to Claire Louise. Sorry for not mentioning you in this blog before now. The truth is, you haven’t really done anything embarrassing enough to warrant a mention. In lieu of anything juicy, I’ll just give some advice on your forthcoming holiday; the best way to get to Northern Ireland is to ride the Ferry.
Onto the glorious and sunny weekend..... Such nice weather before a shitty Monday. Perfect!! Friday was a good night, but as far as celebrations go, Saturday was the centre of the Earth from 9:30am all the way through to 3:00am!! Stevie celebrated his supposed 35th birthday, bringing with him 300 of his closest friends. It was supposed to be around 40, but it’s like that guy knows everyone! Speaking of knowing everyone, William was in with Mr Syme and a whole bunch of their closest friends. Both had a great night, and one of them managed to get home without pouring chowder down the from of themselves. Guess which one?
I’ve got a short message from Paul Connolly that I need to pass on... So you know it’s not from me, i’ll just select a text colour that would seem suitable to such a person...
Okey dokey, we’ve got a few upcoming events, Including our big bank holiday and other bits and pieces... Stay tuned for more info....
See You On The Weekend,
Gene
